The grapes, sourced from a single vineyard plot, were hand-picked in the early morning hours (to avoid heat) and placed in small-capacity boxes. Whole grape bunches were gently pressed. Cold settling for 48 hours. Long, temperature-controlled fermentation.
Citrine in color with slight straw reflections. Intense and complex, dominated by citrus fruits (lemon, tangerine) and some tropical notes. On the palate, the fruit flavors and freshness lead to a long and persistent finish. Excellent ageing potential.
Pairs well with fish and seafood dishes. Also ideal with meat and pasta.
Enjoy at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
