Vinho Verde
Loureiro, Alvarinho and Trajadura
The grapes from three separate plots were hand-picked in the early morning (to avoid periods of heat) and placed in small-capacity boxes. Each grape variety was harvested separately. They were then quickly transported to the winery. Total destemming. Long, temperature-controlled fermentation. Aged in new and used French oak barrels for 9 months.
Bright and citrus in color, this wine offers an intense and complex aroma. It evokes ripe orchard fruits (apple and pear), subtle citrus notes, and delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is dry, with fine, balanced acidity that gives the wine excellent freshness. Creamy, smooth, and with good mouthfeel structure. The fruit flavor and freshness come together in a long, persistent, and rich finish.
Pairs well with fish and seafood dishes. Also ideal with meat and pasta.
Enjoy at a temperature between 12°C and 14°C.
