Traditional from the region (Loureiro, Arinto)

Vinification

The grapes of each variety were hand-picked into 20 kg boxes and transported to the winery within a short period of time. Total destemming without crushing the berries. Gentle pressing followed by 48 hours of settling. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. The wine remained on the fine lees until blending.

Tasting notes

Bright and citrus in color with an intense, fruity (citrus) aroma and some floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, soft, and velvety with the fruit always present. Creamy and persistent finish.

Food pairing suggestions

Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood dishes, fish or poultry, pasta, and Asian cuisine. Serve chilled.

Serving Temperature

Enjoy at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
