Vinification

The grapes from the terraced vineyards of Quinta da Rabiana were hand-picked in the early morning (to avoid heat) and placed in small-capacity boxes. This was followed by total destemming and gentle pressing of whole grapes. Cold settling for 48 hours. Long, temperature-controlled fermentation. The wine remained on fine lees for 7 months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes

Lemon-yellow in color, Quinta da Rabiana Loureiro reveals citrus, mineral, and subtle floral notes (white flowers). On the palate, it is dry, with lime peel notes, fresh acidity, and minerality that come together in a long and persistent finish.

Food pairing suggestions

Pairs well with fish and seafood dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, and also Asian cuisine.

Serving Temperature

Enjoy at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
