Vinho Verde
Touriga Nacional
Manual harvest organized by vineyard plot to ensure the best grapes and optimal picking time. Spontaneous fermentation in granite lagares, with gentle daily pump-overs. Aged in new and used French oak barrels for 9 months. Unfiltered and unstabilized wine. May form natural sediment.
Deep ruby color. The nose is expressive and complex, showing wild berries and red fruits, particularly cherry and blackberry. On the palate, it opens with a creamy, elegant, and well-balanced attack, with ripe wild berry notes, smooth, well-integrated tannins, and hints of spice. Long and persistent finish.
Decanting is recommended. Pairs well with all types of meat dishes (red meat and game) and traditional regional cuisine. Should be enjoyed at the temperature you prefer most.
Enjoy at a temperature between 14°C and 16°C.
